Comfortable room, delicious breakfast, including tasty coffee and fresh fruit, in a central location, just a short walk to various attractions and the metro station.

I absolutely loved how my stay placed me just a few steps away from the Holy Nedelya Church and about 15 minutes from the beautiful Borisova Garden, making city exploration effortless and enjoyable. The hotel’s amenities were impressive as my room was quiet, allowing for a restful night’s sleep, and the breakfast spread was really lovely, providing a great start to my sightseeing days.

The high-tech features in our renovated room were impressive, especially the touch screens for lighting and air conditioning. It felt like a modern escape!

My stay was absolutely delightful! The central location made it easy to explore the city, and I loved the touch screen controls in my renovated Deluxe King Room—they added a modern touch to my experience. The staff was incredibly attentive and went out of their way to help, making me feel valued. However, the lack of a door in the bathroom was a bit awkward.

It was just a suitable option for a quick stop in Sofia with fantastic value for money. The room had a stunning view of the beautiful Orthodox church which made waking up a highlight. Just make sure to double-check your wake-up calls for timely service.

I had an amazing stay! The breakfast spread was incredible, especially the lemon tart and traditional Bulgarian banitsa. I loved the modern room facilities, and the shower was an absolute highlight! However, be prepared that the furniture might look older than in the photos.

staying at balkan palace was a treat! the location is right at the heart of the city, making it super convenient. the staff were amazing, always smiling and so helpful. the deluxe king room was spacious and clean, and I loved the fitness center. everything felt luxurious from start to finish.

I booked a Deluxe King Room and was pleased with the spaciousness. The location near key attractions made sightseeing easy. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were friendly. The room featured high-tech controls for lighting that took a moment to figure out but added a modern touch. However, the shower had a minor leak, and the shower screen could use better sealing to avoid splashes. Amenities like the mini-bar were good, but I found the prices a bit steep. I enjoyed breakfast with a decent selection, but fresh options were limited. I encountered some issues with cleanliness. missing towels were reported but took a while to resolve. Overall, I appreciated the comfort of the bed and good Wi-Fi connectivity. With some improvements in housekeeping and dining options, this hotel could reach its full potential.

I had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the rich buffet breakfast with fresh orange juice and cappuccino. There were great spots to relax, like the lovely terrace and the cozy lounge area. The only hiccup was some minor cleaning issues, but overall, I had a fantastic time! 😊
